New Fraud Alert:
Fraudulent individuals are calling members while impersonating our institution's Fraud Department. These scammers use spoofed phone numbers to make it appear that the call is coming directly from evolve FCU and are asking members to verify charges or claiming that your account is locked.
These individuals are asking members to verify confidential information such as usernames, passwords, complete social security number, card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV. These fraud attempts have resulted in losses from account takeovers.
These fraudsters may also send you a text message containing a verification code and request that you provide it. Please note that this code allows the fraudster to load your card onto their device.
